BehaviorPulse

Terms of Use

These terms describe the BehaviorPulse iPhone app and the teacher check-in site.

Last updated: August 27, 2026

1. The service

BehaviorPulse helps families track behaviors, medication changes, and teacher or caregiver check-ins. Parents use the iPhone app. Teachers open a short web link, enter a 4-digit PIN from the parent, tap sad-to-happy faces (scores stay 1 to 5), and leave. Teachers do not create a BehaviorPulse account.

2. Not medical advice

BehaviorPulse reports patterns. It does not diagnose, treat, or prescribe. Insights, PDF reports, and Resources research summaries are tools for discussion with a clinician. They are not a medical opinion.

3. Teacher and caregiver links

Parents create shareable check-in links. The link is only a mailbox id. The 4-digit PIN is sent separately. Anyone with a live link can try to submit. Anyone with the live link and the PIN can see the form labels the parent chose to show. Parents should share both only with trusted adults and stop sharing when a school year or placement ends.

4. Premium

Creating, publishing, copying, and sharing teacher links, and using Resources (paper search and on-device summaries), requires BehaviorPulse Premium, a yearly auto-renewing App Store subscription. Refresh, stop, and remove stay available without it. Apple processes the payment. Subscription terms also follow Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement.
